What changes for you

Some of your season rides on luck. Your sales plan does not have to.

  • Disease pressure
  • The exchange rate
  • Events on the other side of the world
Down to you
  • What you plant, and where
  • What you hold, and when it is ready
  • What each deal costs you
  • When you sell, and to whom

Growing is precision work. The sales decision that turns a crop into a return deserves the same discipline: your own numbers and objective market data on one screen, with every cost in view before you commit.

Read the market

Your own crop, stock and costs read against three other sources: published data, the anonymised picture from deals and plans across the platform, and signals from the trade. Each figure keeps its label, source and date, and they are never blended into one number. See where your volumes, grades and timing sit against the season and the markets you ship to.

Should I be planning on Europe for the 2026 season?
Agralis Intelligence European supplyThe Netherlands has just harvested a record 1.73 million tonnes of seed onions, on 4% more area and an 11% higher yield. European stores will be full when New Zealand onions start arriving in March. New Zealand into EuropeEurope (excl. UK) took 47,705 t of New Zealand onions in 2025, already 24% below the six-year average of 62,503 t. A record Dutch crop makes even that harder to repeat. Freight and currencyContainer rates are easing into 2026 as carriers prepare to return to the Red Sea, and the euro is around NZD 2.04, about 11% stronger than a year ago. Both help a euro sale, but neither empties a full European store. Taken togetherEurope looks harder than usual for 2026. Worth planning volumes against your Asian markets before you commit to Europe. Sample view with illustrative figures. Historical pattern: New Zealand onion exports by destination, 2026 season to week 23 (Onions New Zealand). Contracted and indicated show demand placed on the platform by buyers' programmes and deal requests. The same stock can go to any market it is eligible for; Indonesia excludes one lot from a site not registered for that market.

Crop profiling

Each block's expected yield by size grade and harvest week, re-forecast as field and storage data come in, so you know your sellable grades before they are graded.

Planting scenariosAI

Test changes to area, variety and timing against forecast demand by market and shipping window, before seed is ordered.

Sales planning and forecastingAI

Your crop profile turned into a sales plan by market, grade and week, re-forecast as yield, storage losses and commitments change, with gaps and surpluses flagged early.

Know what you hold, and where it can go

Stock and inventory

Every lot traced from block to container: graded, stored, committed or free to sell, with shrinkage tracked against plan.

Compliance matched to marketsAI

Each lot checked against the phytosanitary, registration and residue requirements of each market you ship to, with the source and date shown.

AI-triaged compliance

Certificates, registrations and audit reports read on upload: dates, scope and site extracted, filed, and gaps against each market flagged.

Automated reminders

Renewals scheduled against your shipping plan, not just the expiry date, so nothing lapses mid-season.

Compare deals and offers quickly, and know what reaches you

Automatic costing sheets

Every offer costed through to what reaches you, in your currency, on the same named lines, so offers in different currencies and terms compare like for like.

Your own freight ratesAI

Your costs, entered once.

Enter your prices once, from mesh bags and pallets to cartage, levies and phyto certificates, each charged the way you are actually billed. Every costing sheet fills in from here, and you can change any figure on a deal. Only you and Agralis can see this page; buyers never see your costs.

Pricing

Free to join, with the core tools free. A platform fee applies only to deals committed on Agralis.

The core tools cover season-by-season stock planning and inventory, the compliance vault, AI market analysis and benchmarks, deal requests and the deal record. Agralis earns a platform fee only on deals committed on the platform, shown as a named line on the costing sheet before you commit. Recording or costing a deal you already have carries no fee. Optional services are priced per use. If the core tools ever move to a paid plan, you will hear from us well in advance, and everything you have entered stays yours.

Your exporter and your customers

Your customers stay yours. Your exporter works from your record.

Nothing about the customers and exporters you deal with today changes. Nominate one exporter or several; each works from your record within the permissions you set: which lots they see, whether they can quote, whether a commitment needs your approval first. Use your own export team, your trusted exporter, or manage the shipping and paperwork yourself with Agralis tools, priced per use from the 2027 season.

Selling without an exporter? From the 2027 season Agralis is preparing to act as exporter of record for growers who want it.

You control who sees your stock.

Buyers and other growers never see what you hold unless you release a lot, and your exporter sees only what you permit.

Agralis never takes title or a position.

It does not buy your onions, set or negotiate the price, or tell you what to accept.

Know who carries the risk.

Credit, payment and quality terms are named on every deal, whoever the buyer is, so you know what you carry before you commit.

You deal with the buyer directly.

Agralis provides the rules, the facts and the record; the decision stays with you.
New business, when you want it

Requests your crop can fill, on your terms.

Alongside the customers you already have, buyers set out programmes and deal requests by market, grade, volume and shipping week. You see the ones your forecast grades, stock and compliance can meet, and answer with a quote built on your costing sheet, or not at all.

See buyer programmes

Buyers set out their season programmes: market, variety, size, volumes and shipping weeks. Plan your crop and stock against what buyers say they need.

Receive deal requests

Deal requests for the markets your lots are eligible for appear in your Opportunities list, with the specification, volume and timing the buyer needs.

Quote on your terms

Answer with a quote built on the costing sheet, so you know what reaches you before you offer. Accept, counter or pass. Nothing commits until you confirm.

Release to buyers

From the 2027 season, release the lots you choose and they go in front of the buyers on the platform. Buyers you already deal with see you by name; on requests opened to every eligible grower, neither side learns the other's identity until the deal is contracted.

A ship-by date on every request.

Every request works back from the buyer's arrival window to the date the onions must leave New Zealand, on the fastest and the slowest route, and lists the sailings that land inside the window. You quote knowing what the calendar allows, and plan stock and packing around the sailing you choose.
